Board game categories and life

Post by ^rooker »

On several board games, I've seen a scale for categorizing them.
This scale has 3 points.
Each point is given on a scale that has terms on the opposite side.

It looks somewhat like this:

Code: Select all

Family ----- Expert
Luck ----- Strategy
Quiet ----- Turbulent
A game might be categorized as follows:

Code: Select all

Family --O-- Expert
Luck --O-- Strategy
Quiet -O--- Turbulent
When I saw these labels, it made me think about using this scale to categorize people's lifestyles and mindsets:
"Family vs. Expert", "Luck vs. Strategy" - and "Quiet vs. Turbulent"

Hm... :?

Links: German original terms:
Familie/Experte,
Glück/Strategie
Ruhig/Turbulent
Jumping out of an airplane is not a basic instinct. Neither is breathing underwater. But put the two together and you're traveling through space!
