Similar to "Rule 34 of the Internet", here's Rule 162:

"Rule #162: [On the Internet,] there is an answer to your question. No exceptions."

Appendix A:

"If there is really no answer to your question on the Internet, you have to dig into the subject; Find your answer; And publish it openly online."

PS: Funny coincidence that "Rule 162" is also related to patent issues...
