Sometimes when I'm too lazy to cook myself a proper meal, I simply put some milk into a cup (not a measurement cup, just a coffee-cup) and put it in the microwave.
After that I take some spread-cheese (don't know the correct translation, but it's the one which you're supposed to spread on a bread (or similar)) and melt it in the milk with some additional heavy cream.
Put it back into the microwave for a few second, stir again and add more "real cheese" if you want to, as well as some herbs or spices (oregano and/or curry is usually quite good with it).
Stir once again (and maybe heat it up a short time until the whole stuff in there becomes a homogeneous slime) and you're done.
Chef's Tip: Try adding this to a regular tuna-fish spread.
