I gotta write this one down so I won't forget it:
Ingredients:
Put everyting (except the savoy) into a large pot and let it simmer until thickened. When done, add some flour to make it really thick and matt.
Cut the onions and fry them in a pan - Then add them to the rest of the filling.
Wraps:
Meanwhile, boil some water and blanch the savoy leafs - put them aside until the filling is done (=thick enough)
-------------
Wrap things up:
Pour some chopped cheese onto a leaf, add filling and fold it gently (fix it with a piece of twine as necessary).
Shorty fry the rolls into a hot pan until they get some brown spots.
Ingredients:
Filling:500ml can red beans
1 1/2 cups red lentils
1 400g can of peeled tomatoes (incl. juice)
1 soup cube
2 onions
200g chopped Emmental cheese
1 savoy (whole head)
ketchup
flour
salt
sour cream (optional)
