My favorite fugde brownies recipe:

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
  2 oz chocolate (dark)
  1 cup sugar
  2 eggs
  1 tsp vanilla
  3/4 cup flour
  1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Melt butter and chocolate. Add sugar and let cool a bit. Add egg, vanilla and beat until blended - Afterwards add flour and nuts.
Bake in oven at 350°F (=180°C) for 30min.
