I personally love Italian food. I cannot get enough of the stuff. I love Italian food so much!, I dreamed I was yelling at the people in Olive Garden last night for being such incredible idiots.
My dream is to get an Italian cookbook and create some great recipes. Unfortunately, I live with my parents and they usually will only do meat and potato's. BORING.

Linguini with light maranara sauce

Anyways,
Veal smothered in a light wine sauce
Ravioli preferably with several meat filling
Usually I am not much of an alfredo person, light is better. Wine sauces and red sauces preferable.
