Labelprinter: printing single, empty label

Post by ^rooker »

[PROBLEM]
Label printer model: Citizen CLP-621Z

When trying to print a label (from any application. e.g.: OpenOffice Writer), the job is sent to the printer and - instead of printing several labels (in our case we wanted to print 4 pieces), it only feeds a single label, leaving it completely empty. :?

[SOLUTION]
It seems that the paper size exceeded some constraints and so the printer refused to print. Changing the paper size and margins to smaller values fixed this.
Jumping out of an airplane is not a basic instinct. Neither is breathing underwater. But put the two together and you're traveling through space!
