Browser video on Rasperry Pi (Raspbian)

I was a bit sad to hear that although a Raspberry Pi can play full-hd using omxplayer's using GPU hardware support, playing any video in the web browser would bring the Pi down to its knees - not being usable.

Thanks to "pi3g", there seems to be a way now: I haven't tried it yet, but I'll certainly do!
