Yes, it seems to contain OpenCandy, but on the MediaInfo website this is explained:
Since I personally know the original author of MediaInfo, and consider him a trustworthy guy, I take his word for itSome may consider this distribution "bundling" as adware. On the other hand, the distributor does not show the usual nasty negative traits of adware:
