VirtualBox Ubuntu error: AMD-V is disabled in the BIOS

[PROBLEM]
Trying to start VirtualBox client VM on Ubuntu server 14.04.3 (64bit LTS), throws the following error message:
VBoxHeadless --startvm "My first VM"

All rights reserved.

VRDE server is listening on port 3389.
Error: failed to start machine. Error message: AMD-V is disabled in the BIOS (or by the host OS). (VERR_SVM_DISABLED)
[SOLUTION]
Enable the hardware virtualization in the BIOS:
Secure Virtualization Manager: Enabled
Jumping out of an airplane is not a basic instinct. Neither is breathing underwater. But put the two together and you're traveling through space!
