KDE: second kicker panel config impossible

[PROBLEM]
When adding new panels in KDE, you cannot configure them. Changing configuration only affects the first (main) panel.

[SOLUTION]
It's an already known bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/kdebase/+bug/68926

Here's the current workaround:
- Press "Alt+F2" and run: "touch ~/.kde/share/config/kickerrc"

Now if you right-click on panel and configure - new drop down now shows choice of which panel to configure.
