Shuttle ST20G5: Freezing at "Verifying DMI pool data&qu

PROBLEM
Shuttle XPC ST20G5 won't boot, and freezes before the OS showing the message:
The order of disks is wrong and it cannot boot.
Verify the boot order - especially if you have USB devices attached or are booting from USB (e.g. Linux live distro)
In the BIOS, there's a rough- and a detail setting of boot-devices. Make sure the right one is selected and the order is correct.
