CA: Download button missing in "Quick Look"

[PROBLEM]
On a CollectiveAccess Providence installation, I have assigned different access roles for cataloguers.
In my setup, the cataloguers group didn't have the download image option (with the floppy icon and quality-dropdown) in the "Quick Look" image display.

[SOLUTION]
As administrator, edit the group/user's access roles:

Manage > Access control > Access roles

There, enable the following role:

• Pawtucket Actions All/None
  • Can Download Media

I had it disabled, because I don't have a Pawtucket installation (just Providence), but that option enabled the download option in Quick Look
