Gnome-Baker & mp3s: plugin missing?

Running Ubuntu 6.06 (Dapper Drake), gnome is by default not able to burn MP3s as audio cd (due to licensing problems of the MP3 format). It pops up the following errormessage:
Gnome-baker requires gstreamer-0.8 plugins (!!) - for MPEGs it needs "gstreamer0.8-mad" (mpeg audio decoder).Das Plugin um eine Datei vom Typ audio/mpeg zu bearbeiten ist nicht installiert.
