"File not found" means "access denied"

Microsoft seems to have problems with returning useful error messages.

When you try to access a ressource without sufficient rights, you might end up with a "file not found" instead of "access denied" error.

it's all psychological.
If you don't have the rights, then this file ought not to exist for you!

I'm sure there's a team of psys working at Redmon...
