[PROBLEM]
After (successfully) burning a data DVD with InfraRecorder v0.51, it was rejected by Windows after inserting it back again into the DVD drive on the *same* computer it was burned at.
Windows claimed that there was no disk in the drive.
[SOLUTION]
After closing InfraRecorder, the disk was read properly.
I suspect that it somehow locks the drive, preventing the Windows Explorer to access it properly.
